Welcome to KRD. By using our website, app, and services (earning KRD, marketplace, rewards), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use KRD. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Account and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Do not share your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

KRD and Rewards

KRD is our in-platform reward unit. You may earn KRD through activities we offer (e.g. in the app or as we describe). KRD has no cash value outside our platform unless we state otherwise. We may change how KRD is earned or used with reasonable notice where possible.

Marketplace

Our marketplace allows you to spend KRD on rewards such as gift cards (e.g. PlayStation, Xbox, Netflix) and mobile recharge. Purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Digital delivery (e.g. PINs) is provided as described at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for third-party products or services beyond delivering what we promise on our platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ accounts
• Abuse, harass, or harm others
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or our infrastructure
• Use bots or automated means to abuse earning or marketplace features

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

Intellectual Property

KRD’s name, logo, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission, except for normal use of the service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or inability to use it, including loss of KRD or rewards, except where we have acted with gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

We may change the service or these terms from time to time. We will post updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. For significant changes we may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Governing Law
